Westec Doors and Windows worked with owners Libby and Geoff, architect Suzanne Hunt and builder McLeish and Mathews to bring the vision of a family retreat to life. The main emphasis throughout the home is the use of the Series 704 SlideMASTER™ Lift Slide Sliding Door, most prominently to connect the master bedroom and main living spaces to the outside patio. This invites the natural world inside, creating the connection to the surrounding rolling hills and farmland that the owners so desired. It was a perfect choice, with the aluminium frames visually appealing, the large panels of glass sliding open and shut with ease, and an uninterrupted view of the family farm.
